Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Processed Monday to Saturday).
Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Delivered Monday to Saturday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
United Kingdom: Free Express Shipping on all orders.
International: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Carrier: We work with reliable courier partners including FedEx.
Activation: Please allow 12 to 24 hours for your tracking information to update and become active once you receive your code.
Shipping Exceptions & Issues
Public Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on UK Public Holidays.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
Address Changes: If you notice a mistake, please call us at +44 191 420 9095 or email support@tonyspetgardensupplies.uk within 24 hours. We cannot change the address once the item is in transit.
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives broken, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will provide a free exchange or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
