1. 30-Day Return Right

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories and tags must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Reasons

A) If the Item Is Damaged or Incorrect

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

After approval, we will provide a prepaid return label.
We will cover the return shipping cost.
You will receive a full refund or replacement.

B) If You Change Your Mind

If you no longer want the item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund will cover the product price only.
Original shipping costs (if any applied) are not refunded.

3. Return Address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, we will issue the refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank may take additional time to display the funds.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item:

  • Return the original product for a refund.
  • Place a new order separately.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not entered the shipping process.

After the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may follow the return process after delivery.
